Ordering

When ordering you must provide us with a valid email address and phone number. It is your responsibility to provide us with your complete current mailing and billing addresses.

If an item is returned to us by the delivery service due to an inadequate address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send the package to you.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 3-5 working days. Generally orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground. Delivery depends on your location.

We inspect and carefully pack each of our orders personally. If there is any damage, it more than likely occurred during shipping. If you have any questions please feel free to email or call us.

Return/Refund Policy

If an item does not meet with your satisfaction, we will refund the amount of the item after we receive the item back. No shipping charges will be refunded.

Stock Availability

Since we have a physical store, most items are available and ready to ship. If an item becomes out of stock before it is registered on the web site, we will email you. Generally, we will already have an order in to our supplier. Most of our stock orders arrive within a week to 10 days.
